Aristopix focus on three core fleet management areas based on customer needs and requirements. These are:
Executive management of the company consists of the CEO, the CFO, the Commercial Director and the General Manager: Operations. The Aristopix organizational structure is shown in the diagram below.
Chief Executive Officer
Vuyisa is a veteran in the fleet management industry. She has worked for large corporates including Avis Car Rental and is one of the only few black females running a fleet management company in South Africa. As CEO of Aristopix she is responsible for the strategic direction and overall growth of Aristopix as an emerging company in the fleet management industry.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Unathi is a co-founder and co-owner of Aristopix. Unathi has a vast amount of experience in the fleet management industry having worked for Budget Car Rental and Protea Car Rental. Within the company he is responsible for business development initiative, customer and client relations and business expansion and growth.
GENERAL MANAGER, OPERATIONS
Sonwabo is an experienced general manager having worked for companies like Daimler Chrysler and Fleet Africa and has consulted in the Fleet Management industry in South Africa for the past 13 years. He joined Aristopix at the birth of the company in 2010 and is responsible for all operational aspects related to fleet management and maintenance for Aristopix clients and customers.
The Aristopix East London Office currently houses the commercial, financial and management arm of the company and is also home to the AristoTrack call and contact centre.
Despite having a relatively small physical geographic footprint, the Aristopix operational model allows the company to make use of technology to ensure management, administrative and operational mobility both within and outside South Africa for all the clients and customers the company serves.
